MTRL boasts a seasoned management team with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the fields of Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting. This expertise allows us to offer comprehensive services that extend beyond recruitment and HR into Management Consultancy and Financial Advisory. Our Founder: Esosa Ann Eva (HR/ Financial Consulting Expert
Esosa Ann Eva is a seasoned HR professional, the driving force behind our HR consulting practice and our company as a whole. Our founder and Chief Executive Officer, she leads MTRL with the support of her seasoned team members with requisite professional experiences and expertise in the relevant fields.
Esosa is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma where she studied Accounting and Finance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) where she also invigilates at the Institute's exams as one of her part time volunteer roles.
Esosa is also an alumnus of University of Bradford United Kingdom and a member of Certified human resource Management Professional which is a globally recognized institution in 150 countries.
Her distinguished career reflects her deep expertise in human resources and her exceptional leadership skills, which have consistently delivered tangible results for organizations.
