Esosa is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma where she studied Accounting and Finance. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) where she also invigilates at the Institute's exams as one of her part time volunteer roles.
